| The rise of the Internet and the gradual development of big data make it feasible for human resource management to speak based on data,and make it possible for human resource management to develop in a more information-based and intelligent direction.Under the new situation,want to adapt to the development of the market,the banking sector needs to develop itself.With the increasingly fierce economic competition,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to talent management.The most difficult part of the development of an enterprise is to deal with personnel affairs.However,human resource management is a strong support for the development of the enterprise.No matter how the enterprise develops,it can play an important role in promoting the further growth of the enterprise.It should be the primary strategic priority in the process of transformation and change.Therefore,it is urgent for commercial banks in S City to build a human resource management mode that matches the enterprise’s strategic goals,closely contact with front-line businesses,propose solutions to problems,and help business development.On the basis of reading a lot of literature,this topic also adopts the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview method to conduct in-depth research on the current situation,existing problems and deep-seated causes of the human resource management system of S City commercial bank.It is found that the human resource management system of S City commercial bank has problems such as disconnection from the business unit,fuzzy human resource planning and unscientific work flow.In-depth reason analysis: the understanding of the top management is not enough,the management concept is backward,the business coordination is insufficient and the related investment is insufficient.In view of the above problems,the corresponding optimization scheme is proposed.It is suggested to introduce the three-pillar HR mode to implement the transformation and build three pillars of HRSSC,HRBP and HRCOE.Through this study,It is hoped to provide certain professional theories for the construction and optimization of the bank’s HR embodiment,which can be supported by research,solve the problems in its human resource management,and provide beneficial experience for other banks with similar problems. |
