| Human resources are the basic driving force and key decisive factor for the development of modern companies.Scientific management of human resources has become the primary task of every country and every industry in the development and operation.Electric power is a pillar energy industry in my country,and the traditional cadre and personnel management concept will inevitably affect the optimization of human resource management in state-owned power enterprises.From the point of view of operation,the regulation of electricity prices has become stricter and tighter,profit margins have become narrower,and the continuous increase in operating pressure has also put forward more urgent requirements for optimizing human resource management.At the same time,the original traditional concepts of state-owned enterprises are out of touch with modern society,and the contradiction in human resource management is particularly prominent.Therefore,the human resource management of electric power enterprises is facing a great challenge.Further optimizing human resource management and optimizing the configuration at a higher level has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.Based on this,this thesis draws on the advanced experience of human resource management in the three system reforms of state-owned enterprises and the reform of electricity marketization,and comprehensively analyzes the development and existing problems of human resource management construction of Chinese state-owned enterprises in the power industry,and selects Company A as a typical case analysis object.Fully study the actual situation of human resource utilization and management in Company A,combine the management theories such as hierarchy of needs,expectations,and interpersonal relationships,and comprehensively apply analytical frameworks such as the three-pillar model of human resource management to analyze the problems and problems in human resource management of Company A.difficulties,and put forward constructive countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve related problems.It is hoped that through the research of this thesis,we can solve many difficulties in the human resources management of enterprise A,have a certain theoretical support for the design of human resources management plan of enterprise A,and have a reference for the detailed criteria decision-making of human resource development and management in the later stage of enterprise.At the same time,this study aims at the optimization of human resource management in the promotion of the three system reforms in electric power enterprises,which can supplement the theories related to human resource management,and also has some reference value for other state-owned companies to promote the three system reforms. |
