The world is undergoing great changes unseen in a century.Black Swan and Grey Rhino are impacting the world,and the uncertainty of development is rising.Judging from the international situation,Sino-US trade frictions have been lasted for nearly two years and have caused a great impact on the gl obal economy.Judging from the domestic situation,the African swine fever has led to an obvious rise in prices and the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on the economy and capital markets in the short term cannot be underestimated.The international and domesti c situations are so severe that enterprises must carry out self-innovation in order to survive and develop.The human resource management system(HRMS)is the basis for internal operation of enterprises and must be continuously optimized so that enterprise s can always maintain their competitive advantages.Noblelift Intelligent Equipment CO.,LTD.is a Chinese leading manufacturer for material handling equipments,logistics integrated systems and aerial work platf orms.During the enterprise development,Noblelift has been trapped in the dilemma of ineff icient management,especially the unsound performance assessment and unsatisfactory salary and welfare in the human resource management(HRM),which greatly affected and restricted the operation and development of the enterprise.Herein,we taked the human resource management system optimization of Noblelift as the research goal,hoping to form a new era of sustainable development of Noblelift to provide human resourc e management system support.In this thesis,“System” and “Three Pillar” model analytical methods were adopted,Based on a brief introduction of the research background and significance,the relevant concepts,functions,research status,methods and theories of HRMS were carefully summarized,laying a theoretical foundation for this thesis.Then,the problems in the HRMS of Noblelift were put forward after sorting and analyzing all kinds of data and the underlying causes were analyzed in depth,and optimized ideas were further raised for constructing a HRMS suitable for enterprise development.Finally,"Three Pillars" management mode was introduced to effectively integrate the three pillars into the six function modules of the HR department to make the whole HRMS advance with the times and conform to the long-term benefits of the enterprise and employees,aiming to optimize the HRMS of Noblelift and provide reference for the sustainable development and HRMS improvement of Noblelift.In conclusion,this study not only further exploration of the "three pillars" model based on the relevant theories of human resource management system,but also provided new ideas and techniques for the management practice of HR departments in Chinese enterprises.
