| As an important force in public organizations,state-owned enterprises play an important role in national governance and construction.On the one hand,vigorously developing state-owned enterprises is of great significance to China’s overall development,on the other hand,it helps state-owned enterprises participate in public affairs management and play an active leading role and significance.Therefore,how to maximize the enthusiasm of employees of state-owned enterprises and improve their work efficiency is an important guarantee for deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,ensuring that state-owned enterprises improve quality and efficiency,giving full play to social service functions and consolidating the political foundation of the country.In state-owned enterprises,the sales department,as the center of enterprise activities,has become the core resource to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Especially for new employees,how to improve their work efficiency is crucial to the development of state-owned enterprises and the country.A,B and C are three different types of state-owned enterprises.Their registered size and ownership structure,the path of mixed ownership reform,the degree of participation in market-oriented competition,the setting of sales departments and the proportion of sales personnel are different.Therefore,this paper selects three state-owned enterprises A,B and C as cases to study the improvement of the work efficiency of new sales employees in state-owned enterprises.The specific findings are as follows: A,B and C new sales employees of different state-owned enterprises have weak sense of responsibility,lack of execution,lack of professional skills,and poor performance in their work.The factors that affect the work efficiency of new sales employees include organizational reasons,leadership reasons and individual reasons.First,at the organizational level: weak penetration of organizational culture,poor effectiveness of organizational system,and low efficiency of cross-functional organization;Second,leadership factors:neglect of emotional care for new employees,lack of encouragement and support for new employees,and lack of supervision and guidance for new employees;Third,new employees’ own factors: insufficient work input,weak sense of organizational identity,and lack of comprehensive skills.Then,in view of these factors,specific suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the work efficiency of new sales employees in state-owned enterprises.First,optimize the organizational environment and system: further promote the construction of organizational culture,improve the organizational management system,and standardize the organizational structure and job responsibilities;Second,strengthen the leadership’s attention to new employees: pay attention to emotional care for new employees,encourage and support new employees,and increase supervision and guidance for new employees;Third,improve the comprehensive quality of new employees: increase their work input,increase their organizational identity,and strengthen their comprehensive skills.The research and findings provide reference and reference for three state-owned enterprises A,B,C and other state-owned enterprises to improve the work efficiency of new sales employees,and promote the development of state-owned enterprises. |
