Formal Staffs of State-Owned Enterprises are research objects in this thesis.It is discussed that the present situation of Enterprises Staffs' job satisfaction and its difference in the population satistic variable aspect as well as its correlations with the work. The goal of this thesis lies in providing the reference for state-owned enterprises establishing modern enterprise system and State-Owned Enterprises' human resources management.With the help of document, data, inquiry, interview and questionnaire, the paper carries out some researches on one hundred and fourty one employees from five companies .This paper consults Minnesota Satisfaction Short Questionnaire and revise it through discussing,the factor analysis,reliability test and validity test. So, a job satisfaction scale of State-Owned Enterprises'staffs which containing three dimensions is gotten. This paper follows Scotter and Motowidlo'theory which job performance could be devided into two dimensions:task performance and contextual performance. A work performance scale including two dimensions is gotten .As to work performance scale,this paper mainly relies on the scale developed by Xie Jinshan,Yao Lixia.According to the investigated data,this article carries on the analysis to the present job satisfaction of State-Owned Enterprises'staffs carries on the analysis to the influence of the population statistic variable on the job satisfaction; and then ,it analyzes the present situation of State-Owned Enterprises'staffs' work performance,and carries on the analysis to the influence of the population statistic variable on the work achievement; at last, it carries on the correlation analysis to State-Owned Enterprises employees' job satisfaction and the work performance,and carries logistic analysis.The hypotheses were largely supported. The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1.
