Research On The Effectiveness Of The Work Of Grassroots Managers In State-owned Enterprises

With the development of economy and society,in order to seize the initiative in the rapidly changing market competition,Enterprise pay more and more attention to their own team building.Good team building is conducive.to strengthening exchanges and cooperation between the members of the enterprise,enhancing the survival advantage of enterprises,reducing the internal friction,enhancing work efficiency and enterprise competitiveness,building a harmonious enterprise internal environment,realizing members' value.Primary management is crucial to building a harmonious and efficient team,by assisting and helping others to do the work,implementing team building,finding and solving the problem.This paper surved the different parts of the seven administrative organizations of Civic island group in dalian,and analyzed and compare team building and performanced of different development of grass-roots organization.Through the way of questionnaire and case analysis,we know the related factors for team building and its correlation.The main characteristics of high performance team are a clear team goals,fully authorized,close relations of team members,flexible,optimun productivity,recognition,morale.This paper detailed discussed the basic-level organization focused measures to get out of the team dilemma,and analysed the different between the groups of A and B.Therefore our country state-owned enterprise team construction should grasp the following four aspects:choosing good team leader,optimizing configuration of team management,reasonable application management,building high performance team,to strengthen the team construction of classification guidance work.
