Since the eighteen Party Congress,the reform process of state-owned enterprises has been speeding up.To promote the merger and reorganization of state-owned enterprises has become an important measure to integrate and optimize the resources of state-owned enterprises and promote the development momentum of state-owned enterprises.Enterprise culture is the soft power of enterprise development,and is the important content of enterprise reorganization.However,a large number of enterprises pay too much attention to the reorganization of "hard power" such as assets and equipment during the reorganization process,ignoring the reorganization of corporate culture values,and can not effectively regulate and control the conflict of corporate culture.Values are the core of enterprise culture.The key to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of employees through the enterprise culture is to make the work values of employees fit in with the values of enterprises.Based on the merger and reorganization of state-owned enterprises,this paper deeply studies the causes and manifestations of the cultural conflicts caused by the reorganization of state-owned enterprises.On this basis,the paper analyzes the representations of the differences in the work values of the employees in the restructured enterprises,and then puts forward some countermeasures for the cultivation of the values of the work values of the employees.Based on the subject of Ideological and political education,introducing the theoretical knowledge of management and other disciplines,this paper explores the relevant issues of enterprise culture integration in the reorganization of state-owned enterprises.This subject is mainly divided into four parts:Part one: introduction.This part clarifies the background and significance of this research,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research results about the cultural conflict and values of the reorganized enterprises,which lays the foundation for the research of this topic.At the same time,this paper also introduces the research ideas,research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part: the reason and performance of cultural conflict in the reorganization of state-owned enterprises.This part is divided into two sections: the first section mainly causes and manifestations of cultural conflict from four aspects of the restructuring of state-owned enterprises generated;second section describes what are the adverse effects of enterprise culture conflict in the development of the enterprise,and the impact on employees’ work values.The third part: the characterization of the work value differences of the employees in the restructured enterprises.In the second part of the article,the content of values has been drawn out,and the proposition of value has been completely introduced from the third part.In this chapter,the collectivism and individualism,long-term orientation and short-term orientation,rational bias and perceptual bias,process oriented and result oriented,and conservative and entrepreneurship five aspects are discussed in detail.The fourth part: the cultivation of employees’ work values after the reorganization.This part is the key content of this article.On the basis of the above three parts of research and analysis,we finally formed six suggestions on the cultivation of the values of the state-owned enterprise employees after the reorganization.
