The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that people’s yearning for beautiful things is increasing day by day,which is in great contradiction with the current unbalanced and incomplete development.As a result,tourism has entered a stage of rapid development,and transportation has become the basic support and prerequisite for tourism development,and an important means for tourism to be realized.The healthy development of tourism will also feed back the traffic.Promote the evolution of traffic network into a virtuous circle mode.In recent years,the comprehensive contribution of tourism in Shaanxi Province has been continuously improved,and the tourism transport function of transportation has gradually become prominent.Simultaneously,a number of policy dividends provide direction or suggestions for it,and the integration of "tourism +transportation" has become a common trend..In the future,whether tourism and transportation can achieve sustained and benign interaction,or even achieve the integration development stage of industrial penetration,intersection and reorganization,all need to be predicated on the coordinated development of the two industries.Therefore,The coupling and coordinated development of tourism and transportation in Shaanxi should be analyzed.,find the coordinated influencing factors,and put forward suggestions for the coordinated development between systems and regions based on the investigation of typical areas.This paper takes the goal of "industrial integration and regional coordination" in Shaanxi Province,evaluates the coupling and coordination degree of regional tourism and transportation system,and finally finds the causes of the problem and puts forward development countermeasures and suggestions according to the evaluation results.Firstly,the interaction between tourism and transportation is analyzed based on the basic theories of "coordination" and "coupling industry";Secondly,on the basis of the traditional open statistical data and POI information data available,an evaluation index system that can represent the development of tourism and transportation industry is constructed,Thirdly,the coupling coordination degree model is used to analyze the development level,coupling degree and coordination of the two industries from the provincial and municipal levels respectively,Finally,the gray correlation method is used to find the influencing factors of coupling coordination and put forward corresponding countermeasures.The results are as follows:(1)At the provincial level:(1)The comprehensive development level of tourism and transportation industry generally shows the characteristics of rising in a straight line from2010 to 2019,and the development mode is the lagging mode of transportation development except for the lagging mode of tourism development from 2013 to 2016;(2)From 2010 to2019,the coupling level of tourism and transportation is in the high coupling stage except2010,which is antagonistic coupling.And its coordination degree is from extreme imbalance in 2010 to good coordination in 2019,showing a straight upward trend in general.(3)From2010 to 2019,shaanxi province tourism and transportation industry coupling coordination factors in accordance with the correlation size in order: level A attractions,private car ownership,tourism revenue accounted for the proportion of GDP,the total number of tourists,civil aviation passenger throughput,railway passenger volume,accommodation and catering corporate enterprises,highway mileage,etc.(4)Comprehensive analysis proposes that coordinating the top-level design of tourism and transportation development,increasing the construction of rapid transportation infrastructure,encouraging and guiding the diversified and integrated development of tourism and transport industry,and realizing complementary advantages and regional cooperation.(2)At the municipal level:(1)In 2019,the tourism and transportation industry development of 10 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi province was each different,showing the overall characteristics of "strong in the middle and weak in the two wings".In 2019,except Ankang City and Tongchuan City,other cities show that tourism lags behind transportation mode.(2)The coupling degree of tourism and transportation in 10 cities of Shaanxi Province in 2019 is antagonistic coupling except Tongchuan City.The rest of the cities are in the stage of high coupling development,while the overall distribution of coordination levels shows a decreasing trend from the center of Xi’an,Baoji and Weinan to the surrounding areas.Except Xi’an,which is a high-quality coordination,other regions are in the stage of imbalance.(3)In2019,all prefecture-level cities: the number of A-level scenic spots,highway passenger turnover,bus stations,ordinary highway mileage,and parking lots of scenic spots have the greatest impact on the coordinated development of tourism and traffic coupling.(4)Comprehensive analysis proposes that the local cities should adjust measures to local conditions and make special plans for the development of city-level tourism;Highlighting the core attraction of tourism and strengthening regional tourism cooperation;Improve traffic connection and do a good job of internal traffic;Enhance regional public service capacity and speed up the construction of public facilities.
