Research On The Factors Influencing The High-quality Development Of Digital Economy In Liaoning Province

The digital economy has played an extremely important role in driving the country’s transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development.The rapid development of China’s digital economy is unprecedented,and the scale of its digital economy and the growth level of its digital economy are rising rapidly.In October 2022,the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to accelerate the development of the digital economy,promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,and build an internationally competitive digital industrial cluster.At present,all regional governments in China are paying great attention to the further development of digital economy.A series of policy documents on the development of the digital economy have been issued,providing guidance and support for the high-quality development of the digital economy.The study of this paper has great significance for promoting the high-quality development of digital economy in Liaoning Province.This paper is based on industrial upgrading,technological innovation,industrial integration and other related theories,select digital industrialization,digital industry,digital governance,data value four dimensions of digital economy analyzes the development situation of Liaoning province,on this basis,using the entropy method of Liaoning province digital economy high quality development level.The analysis found that the highest high-quality development level of digital economy in Liaoning province is 0.77.To explore the mechanism and reasons behind the phenomenon,Promote the high-quality development of digital economy in our province,improve the quality and efficiency,This article is based on the actual situation in Liaoning Province,From five influencing factors: digital innovation ability,digital industry upgrading,digital economy vitality,green and intensive digital economy,and shared development of digital economy,To explore the degree of its influence on the high-quality development of digital economy in Liaoning Province,On the basis of refining the empirical results,Combined with the current situation of the development of digital economy in our province,From the five aspects of accelerating the improvement of digital innovation capacity,systematically promoting the transformation and upgrading of digital industry,efficient use of digital economy sharing resources,enhancing the vitality of digital economy,and improving the green and intensive efficiency of digital economy combined with digital technology,Put forward targeted and feasible policy suggestions.
