Research On The High-quality Development Of Agriculture In Shandong Province Under The Background Of Digital Economy

The report to the 20th CPC National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that "high-quality development is the primary task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way".China’s economic development has entered a new era,and the economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.In 2022,Shandong Province will have the first total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery in the country,the first in vegetable output,the second in fruit output and the third in grain production.As a major agricultural province in China,the high-quality development of agriculture in Shandong Province will surely be the only way for Shandong Province’s future agricultural development.Taking the development of digital economy as the research background and the basic theory of digital economy and high-quality agricultural development as the research basis,this paper analyzes the high-quality agricultural development of Shandong Province from 2012 to 2021 from the aspects of total agricultural output value,agricultural production conditions and agricultural digitalization,and then analyzes the existing problems of high-quality agricultural development in Shandong Province.An index system for high-quality agricultural development in Shandong Province under the background of digital economy including six dimensions of agricultural industrial structure,agricultural production efficiency,farmers’ quality of life,agricultural production conditions,agricultural green development level and agricultural digital foundation was constructed,and the data of Shandong Province from 2012 to 2021 were used to measure the high-quality agricultural development level of Shandong Province under the background of digital economy and evaluated and analyzed by using the entropy value method.Finally,by establishing a random forest model,the main factors affecting the high-quality development of agriculture in Shandong Province under the background of digital economy are explored.The results show that:(1)agriculture in Shandong Province is transforming to highquality development;(2)The level of high-quality agricultural development in Shandong Province has increased year by year;(3)Under the background of digital economy,the main influencing factors of the high-quality development of agriculture in Shandong Province include:agricultural industry structure index,rural broadband access users,urbanization rate,telephone penetration rate,fertilizer application amount per unit area,pesticide use per unit area,and income ratio of urban and rural residents.According to the research conclusions of this paper,the countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of agriculture in Shandong Province mainly include:(1)adjusting the agricultural industrial structure and extending and upgrading the agricultural industrial chain;(2)Accelerate the digitalization of agriculture and cultivate digital talents;(3)Reduce the input of chemical fertilizers and pesticides and promote the green development of agriculture;(4)Vigorously develop agricultural leading enterprises and cultivate new agricultural management subjects;(5)Strengthen the level of agricultural mechanization and improve agricultural production efficiency.
