Research On The Quality Measurement And Temporal And Spatial Characteristics Of China's Digital Economy Developmen

The development of human society always advances gradually through the negation and inheritance of old times,and the same is true for the development of economic forms.After the agricultural and industrial economies,the digital economy,which relies on data knowledge,is transforming human production methods,social production relations and economic and social structures,promoting a new scientific and technological revolution and industrial changes,and constantly unveiling the "secrets" between innovation creation and economic wealth.The strong development of the digital economy has gradually become a new engine of economic growth,is the key weight of the current and future construction of a new pattern of global economic development,is attracting the attention and attention of countries around the world.Since the 18 th Party Congress,China has continued to enhance the status of digital economy development in the national strategic planning,and continue to deepen and improve the policy design of the digital economy.The report of the 19 th National Congress,the 14 th Five-Year Plan and a series of other national strategic plans all emphasize promoting the penetration and integration of technology and economy,making full use of the Internet,big data and other emerging technologies to empower and upgrade traditional industries,and continuously cultivating new industries,new business models and new growth drivers.In recent years,China’s digital economy has been developing strongly and has made excellent achievements.However,in the context of China’s economic development transformation and upgrading,the problems of large but not excellent digital economy development and significant regional differences have become more and more prominent.Only by truly clarifying the current situation and characteristics of the development of the digital economy and grasping the trend pattern and spatial characteristics of its development quality can we seize the key opportunities of the development of the digital economy and better utilize its unique advantages to serve the high-quality development of China’s economy.Based on this,this paper is devoted to studying the overall level and characteristic laws of digital economy development quality,and establishing the measurement system of digital economy development quality from four dimensions: digital infrastructure construction,digital industry scale,industrial digital integration,and digital environment transformation.Combining hierarchical analysis and entropy value method,the TOPSIS method is used to empirically measure the quality of China’s digital economy development and further explore its regional differentiation and spatial correlation characteristics.It is found that the quality of China’s digital economy development has more room for improvement,with the highest score for digital environment transformation and the lowest score for digital industry scale among the four dimensions.The differentiated development between regions has a tendency to shrink,and the correlation between regions is increasingly significant.This study is a useful exploration of the characteristics and development status of the digital economy,measuring the quality of China’s digital economy development from a combination of qualitative and quantitative perspectives and analyzing its spatial and temporal characteristics,enriching the empirical measurement and theoretical research on the quality of digital economy development,while identifying the development dilemma and development direction of the digital economy,and providing theoretical references and optimization directions for accelerating China’s digital economy development and building China’s economic quality advantage.It also provides theoretical reference and optimization direction to accelerate the development of China’s digital economy and build China’s economic quality advantage.
