| Chinese economy has experienced 30 years of rapid growth stage,and the accumulation of contradictions and risks are becoming more and more apparent,which means that the Chinese economy need go into a new and different stage compared with the past.The Chinese economy should not only realize the huge change of quantity,but also the qualitative leap.Consequently,improving the quality of economic development has become the comprehensive target of China's economic development in the new and normal state.Fujian,as a province with a coastal economic belt,has certain advantages,such as location,policy and economic advantages.Improving the quality of Fujian Province's economic development will be conducive to accelerate the development of coastal cities and promote the Hercynian development.Therefore,there is a certain practical significance to promote the quality of Fujian Province's regional economic development by means of making a dynamic research for the quality of Fujian Province's regional economic development and grasp its developing trend.The research attempts to make a comprehensive evaluation on the quality of regional economic development of Fujian Province from two aspects,including the whole and nine cities in Fujian.This paper elaborates the related theories on the quality of economic development and analyzes the factors influencing the quality of economic development.Then establishing the evaluation index system of regional economic de-velopment's quality from aspects of stability,coordination,sharing,innovation and sustainablity.In the choice of the evaluation method,this study adopts the dynamic comprehensive evaluation method.Then the paper makes an research on the evaluation method——"vertical and horizonal" evaluation method and does some improvements of the way to carry on the dynamic evaluation of the quality of Fujian Province's regional economic development in 2006 to 2014.After the evaluation analysis on the quality of regional economic development in Fujian,the following conclusions can be drew:the quality of economic development in Fujian Province is at the upper level in the country from 2006 to 2014,which is located in the top ten and belongs to the steady type of devplopment.Comparing with the“11th five-year plan" period,the quality of economic development in Fujian Province in the period of“12th five-year plan" is better.However,the social welfare coming from economic development is not shared fully in Fujian Province and the quality of people's livelihood is in hurry to improve during 2006 to 2014.According to K-means clustering analysis method,the quality of economic development of nine cities in Fujian Province can be divided into four levels,including high quality,above-average quality,lower middle quality and low quality.Among them,Xiamen belongs to the high quality of economic development.Above-average quality of economic development includes Quanzhou,Fuzhou,Putian.Sanming,Zhangzhou and Ningde are included in the area of the lower middle quality of economic development.And the low quality of economic development includes Longyan and Nanping.And we can find out their own shortcomings.This paper will put foward some suggestions according to the results of the evaluation,including how to improve the overall quality of economic development in Fujian Province,as well as the advice that is respective to the four kinds of quality of economic development. |
