Since the reform and opening up,my country’s rapid economic growth has created a reputation as the "second largest economy" in the world.However,for a long time,my country’s economy has also suffered from the innovation is not high,and the environmental protection overcapacity,and insufficient innovation capability.The problems of low quality,such as strong environmental protection,tightening environmental constraints,and lack of ability to move towards the mid-to-high end of the global value chain.Therefore,this paper comprehensively draws on the research results of predecessors,It is of great significance for the targeted promotion of high-quality economic development in Sichuan.This research will follow the following ideas: First,starting from the concept of high-quality development,it discusses the connotation and extension of high-quality economic development.A high-quality measurement system of Sichuan’s economy is constructed that is suitable for the requirements of the new development stage,and the entropy method is used to measure the high-quality economic development of the whole province and each city during the study period.level was evaluated.Furthermore,spatial data analysis and other methods are used to reveal the temporal and spatial differences in the high-quality economic development of each city during the study period;finally,Based on the previous analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions for this study are put forward..Through systematic research,the main conclusions are as follows: The connotation of high-quality economic development in Sichuan Province,which has entered a new stage of development,is to adhere to the principle of the best combination of economic,social and ecological benefits under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Economic,on the basis of stable economic growth,innovation-driven development as the core,deepening opening up as an important driving force,and a beautiful ecological environment as the only way to ultimately promote people’s happiness.The evaluation index system for high-quality economic development in Sichuan Province includes five dimensions: healthy economic development,innovation-driven development,deepening opening to the outside world,beautiful ecological environment,and people’s happiness.The GDP of Sichuan Province as a whole maintained a steady upward trend,but the growth rate gradually slowed down in the later period;In general,Sichuan Province has made remarkable achievements in high-quality economic development.From the perspective of various dimensions,the contribution of people’s happiness and beautiful ecological environment is outstanding;the economic growth is stable and the opening up is more room for improvement,of course,the difficulty is also high;innovation-driven development is at a low level as a whole,which is the promotion of Sichuan The role of one of the leading forces for high-quality economic development is growing.The high-quality economic development level of each city and state has been significantly improved,but there are obvious differences between different cities and states.The growth trajectories of the high-quality economic development levels of cities and states are relatively consistent.The prefecture-level cities with a high level of high-quality economic development in Sichuan have always been Chengdu and Mianyang.The high-quality economic development level of Sichuan Province has been steadily advancing year by year,and the regional gap between the five major economic zones is obvious.Aba Prefecture in the Northwest Sichuan Ecological Economic Zone has always been at the "low" level.
