In recent years,the international form is complex and changeable,affected by the epidemic and the trade war and other factors,the global economic growth is slowing down,our country electronic components industry is also affected,coupled with the imbalance of supply and demand in the industry,for the small and medium-sized trade enterprises like X company electronic components industry is both an opportunity and a challenge,Enterprises must quickly improve their competitive strength to cope with the changing market environment,but the ability of a single enterprise is limited,it needs to extend and use the effective resources of suppliers,so scientific supplier selection has become an important subject of enterprise management.Firstly,this thesis studies and sorts out the literature,which provides theoretical basis and guiding ideology for scientific selection of research methods more in line with this thesis.Secondly,it investigates the current situation of X Company,understands the main problems X Company faces in supplier selection,and analyzes and breaks down the causes of existing problems.Then,through literature review,consultation and research,relevant supplier evaluation indexes are extracted and identified.Then,questionnaires are issued to 50 practitioners in the industry,and 10 experts are interviewed to screen and optimize the indexes,forming a supplier evaluation index system consisting of four first-level indexes and seventeen second-level indexes.Then,the weight of the constructed evaluation index model is established through the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the five selected suppliers,and the corresponding evaluation scores and selection ranking are obtained.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of suppliers can be summarized by combining the evaluation and selection results of suppliers.Suppliers are divided into three categories and corresponding management countermeasures are proposed.Through the analysis,demonstration and practical application of X Company’s supplier evaluation and selection,relevant conclusions are finally drawn.The use of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can provide practical solutions to some problems in supplier selection,and improve the overall supplier management level of X Company.It provides reference for many small and medium-sized trading enterprises in the electronic components industry in supplier selection management. |
