Development Status Of Tourism Urbanization In Luanchuan County Investigation And Analysis

As China’s urbanization proceeds into a period of rapid development,the State Council issued the National New Type Urbanization Plan(2021-2035)in 2021,which provides a scientific basis for the high-quality development of China’s urbanization.Tourism urbanization is of great significance to promote the development of tourism in China,improve the level of urbanization in China and adjust the economic structure of the country.A systematic and in-depth study of the characteristics,patterns,driving paths and applicable conditions of tourism urbanization in county tourism enriches the relevant theories of tourism urbanization.Using Luanchuan County as a case study to improve the quality of tourism urbanization development in Luanchuan County,it can also provide reference for the development of tourism urbanization in China’s counties and accelerate the construction of urbanization with the county as an important carrier.This paper uses stakeholder theory,tourism land life cycle theory and location theory,and mainly uses research methods such as literature analysis method,case study method and field survey method to analyze and summarize the characteristics of tourism urbanization and carry out research on the development status of tourism urbanization in Luanchuan County in combination.According to the characteristics and development mode of tourism urbanization,the problems of tourism urbanization in Luanchuan County are analyzed and optimization suggestions are put forward,hoping to provide reference for the development of tourism urbanization in the county.The main conclusions are as follows:First,hrough the summary of theoretical research results of domestic scholars and comparative analysis of domestic and foreign practices,the characteristics of tourism urbanization are summarized as follows: first,the number of tourism employees increases and the number of residents continues to rise;second,the tourism industry accounts for a higher proportion of production and the industry structure continues to be upgraded;third,tourism infrastructure is improved and urban municipal construction is optimized,fourth,the area of tourism land increases and the town space continues to expand,and fifth,residents lifestyle changes,the proliferation of urban civilization is obvious.Second,considering the development mode of tourism urbanization at home and abroad,four modes of tourism urbanization development are proposed,namely,urbanization first mode,tourism first mode,tourism and urbanization and new rural community mode of tourism.According to the development history and current situation of tourism urbanization in Luanchuan County,the development characteristics of Luanchuan County were summarized,and the development mode of tourism urbanization in Luanchuan County was judged to be the tourism first mode in comparison with the characteristics of the tourism first mode.Third,The study found that the following factors have affected the development of tourism urbanization in Luanchuan County: first,incomplete resolution of the "mining and tourism" contradiction;second,low enthusiasm of villagers to participate;third,insufficient provision of security facilities;fourth,weak development efforts.Through analysis,the causes of the problem are as follows: first,insufficient scientific guidance;second,unreasonable distribution of benefits among participating subjects;third,unsound management mechanism;fourth,slow growth of tourism development;fifth,insufficient professional talent reserves.Fourth,According to the problems in the development of tourism urbanization in Luanchuan County,optimization measures are proposed to,first,promote industrial integration and enhance the competitiveness of tourism industry;second,create and promote tourism brands and enhance the added value of tourism industry;third,optimize the configuration and provide protection for tourism urbanization;fourth,strengthen scientific planning and improve supervision and guidance.This study further enriches the relevant theories of tourism urbanization and improves the quality of tourism urbanization development in Luanchuan County,and can also provide reference for the development of tourism urbanization in China’s counties and accelerate the construction of urbanization with the county as an important carrier.
