Research On The Development Of Rural Tourism In Luanchuan County

According to the No.1 document issued by the central government in 2019,China is in the crucial period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,and issues related to ‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers' remain the top priority in the work of the whole party.It is necessary to accelerate the development of rural industries and expand channels for increasing farmers' income,which will provide policy support and guarantee for the development of rural tourism.With the transformation and upgrading of agricultural structure,rural tourism has become an important part of rural development,agricultural production,and farmers' poverty alleviation and enrichment,as well as an important force to promote the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.The paper is based on the theory of agricultural versatility,sustainable development and industrial integration.Combined with literature analysis,domestic and foreign experts and scholars analyze the academic research results of rural tourism at present,and summarize and study the development status of rural tourism in luanchuan county.The development of rural tourism in Luanchuan County was evaluated by ahp and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.According to the weight result and overall score of each index in the research process,this paper excavates the current dilemma of rural tourism development in Luanchuan County,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the development of local rural tourism.The main research results are as follows:Firstly,Luanchuan County has a rapid socio-economic development,combined with its rich mineral resources and the rapid development of rural tourism,the county-wide GDP continues to grow.After analyzing the development model and development course of rural tourism in Luanchuan County,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of rural tourism development and evaluates the development of rural tourism in Luanchuan County.The evaluation results show that the final comprehensive score of 76.48 points,the development of rural tourism in Luanchuan County is still in the stage of development.The evaluation score of social index was 79.52,the score of economic index was 77,the score of environmental index was 76.28,and the score of development support index was 73.05.Based on theevaluation results,the development of rural tourism still has to carry on all-round innovation and upgrading.Secondly,Luanchuan County government combined with its own advantages,aimed at the development of rural tourism,rural tourism planning and financial support in order to promote the development of rural tourism in Luanchuan County and achieved some results.Through investigation and research,it is found that Luanchuan County is rich in rural tourism resources,but there are still difficulties in the development of rural tourism.For example,government support for rural tourism development in Luanchuan County needs to be strengthened,public service facilities need to be improved,and environmental protection awareness needs to be enhanced.Industrial layout planning needs to be reasonable,rural tourism products to be upgraded,personnel service level to be improved and so on.Thirdly,combined with the results of investigation and research,this paper puts forward the following six suggestions and countermeasures in view of the predicament of rural tourism development in Luanchuan County:the government scientifically guides the planning,perfects the infrastructure construction,strengthens the environmental protection consciousness,strengthens the industrial fusion development,strengthens the tourism brand image,enhances the personnel quality level,lays the solid foundation for the sustainable development of rural tourism in Luanchuan County.
