| With the advancement of recent urbanization and rural revitalization strategies,the cultivation of characteristic towns has been highly concerned by governments and all sectors of society.The characteristic towns are not only suitable carriers for local urbanization,but also for the Eden of development of ecological high-end characteristic industry.The tourism-type characteristic town is one type of characteristic towns,which focuses on the coordinated development of ―production,ecology and life‖,combines its own characteristic resources and takes the tourism industry as the leading factor.Meanwhile,it improves various related industries.Recently,with the guidance of the tourism market and policy support,tourism-type towns have made significant progresses.However,the vulnerable economic foundation,public service and infrastructure construction,lacking talents,and scarce investment channels have led to various problems in the planning and construction of tourism-type towns.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study the planning and construction of the colorful Danxia town in Zhangye City on the basis of clarifying the development background of the characteristic towns,in order to provide scientific and universal development proposals for the planning and construction of the future tourism-type characteristic town.This paper studies the planning and construction of colorful Danxia town in Zhangye.The use of literature review methods,field investigation methods,case study methods,system analysis methods,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combined research methods to study the planning and construction of characteristic towns.The main study contents are as follows :(1)The SWOT analysis is carried out in the light of the tourist environment of Linze county in Zhangye and the construction status of colorful Danxia town.(2)Base on the results,the special tourism planning of colorful Danxia town is analyzed.(3)Plan principles,objectives,structure,land using and special planning of small towns with tourism characteristics.(4)Combine with the actual situation,the sustainable development environment evaluation system for the characteristic small towns in Zhangye has been constructed.The weight of economic,social and resource ecological environment are analyzed by AHP,the sustainable development index is simultaneously analyzed.The conclusions are:(1)Although there are difficulties in constructing the colorful Danxia town such as economic backwardness and weak infrastructure.The tilt of national policies,the rapid improvement of urbanization,and the abundant natural and human resources provide potential opportunities.(2)Colorful Danxia Town is the carrier place for tourism services and related infrastructure.According to the study and analysis of the tourism market,we will locate its core and opportunity market and forecast the number of visitors and economic benefits in the next few years.Determine the tourism space as ―one area,four areas‖,plane and implement the key points according to the current situation.The project provides a scientific and personalized tourism development plan for tourism-type towns.(3)The overall planning and construction of the colorful Danxia Town will be carried out by grasping the characteristics of Hexi.The harmonious development of ecology,improving the living environment are also considered.Special projects such as roads,ecological systems,special features and public facility will be taken.Finally,give a representative and universally applicable planning strategy.(4)Indexes for the economic environment sustainable development,the social environment sustainable development evaluation,and the resource ecological environment sustainable development evaluation have been showed increasing trends.Zhangye integrally provided a good environment for the planning and constructing of the characteristic town. |
