| Innovation is the premise of the healthy development of enterprises,and talent is the key to promote enterprise innovation.The essence of innovation is talent-driven innovation.If enterprises want to obtain high-quality development advantages,they must put talent training in the first place.Nowadays,the competition mode of enterprises has gradually shifted from traditional business competition to talent competition.However,due to the shortage of talent resources in the market,enterprises must strengthen the cultivation of internal talents if they want to acquire talents.Staff training in enterprises is conducive to tapping the potential of employees,constantly updating the knowledge reserves of technicians,developing new skills of employees,changing their working attitudes and promoting their work efficiency.Employees can use the knowledge and skills they have learned in training to cope with the problems they encounter in their jobs and improve their post competence.Enterprises should strengthen the optimization of staff training management.For the construction of staff training system,it is necessary to design a scientific training system in combination with the internal human resources planning and the future development strategic planning of enterprises,so as to improve the staff training effect,enhance the skills level of employees and improve the talent reserve of enterprises.Technicians are the key to promote the improvement of enterprise production technology and are very important for the development of enterprises.The technical innovation of technical personnel is related to the enterprise’s mastery of technology in this field and also determines the competitiveness of enterprises in the market,so enterprises should attach great importance to the training of technical personnel.As a precision instrument manufacturing enterprise,DS Company needs to innovate technology according to the market environment,and build a team of high-quality technical talents,so that the enterprise can maintain its competitive advantage in the market competition.This study takes DS Company as the research object,and studies the training of technical personnel in DS Company based on competency theory,constructivism theory,learning organization theory and adult learning theory,and investigates the current training of technical personnel in DS Company by means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to understand the current training status of technical personnel in DS Company.First of all,the status quo of technical personnel training system in DS Company is analyzed.Understand the current management structure and human resources situation of DS company,and then understand the training situation of technical personnel in DS company and investigate the satisfaction of technical personnel with the current training through questionnaires and interviews.Secondly,the problems and reasons existing in the training of technical personnel in DS Company are deeply studied.According to the results of questionnaire survey and interview,we know that there are the following problems in the training of technical personnel in DS company:First,the analysis of the training needs of technical personnel in DS company is not in place at present;Second,the training process for technicians is not perfect;Third,the training plan lacks flexibility;Fourth,the evaluation of training effect is not comprehensive;Fifth,the training enthusiasm is low.The reasons for the problems in technical personnel training in DS Company are: insufficient understanding of technical personnel training;The training system lacks relevant supporting systems;Lack of good learning atmosphere within the company;Lack of systematic training system;Lack of training incentive mechanism.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the technical personnel training system of DS Company,the following improvement countermeasures are put forward.Strengthen the analysis of training needs;Improve the training process setting;Flexibly adjust the training plan;Improve the evaluation of training effect;Construct training incentive mechanism.After that,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized design scheme of DS company’s technical personnel training system and achieve the expected training effect,the safeguard measures of technical personnel training system are put forward,from the aspects of human resources;Money and culture;System and other aspects of protection.I hope to help improve the technical personnel training system of DS Company in this study,and help DS Company to build a more perfect training system,improve the training effect of its technical personnel,promote the technical training quality of its internal technical personnel,and ensure the sustainable operation and healthy development of DS Company. |
