Research On The Optimization Of Expense Reimbursement Process Of Bank A Branch H Based On Financial Sharing Model

With the rapid development of the global economy,the current management model of enterprises has failed to meet the needs of further development.The financial sharing model is a way to transform and upgrade complex and cumbersome businesses,centralize the highly repetitive businesses of each branch in the financial sharing center,and promote the improvement of enterprise efficiency through the continuous improvement of business processes and the rational allocation of limited resources within the enterprise.In recent years,large state-owned commercial banks have also focused their attention on the construction of financial sharing centers.By establishing financial sharing centers that meet their own needs,they have reduced corporate operating costs and promoted the unification of corporate accounting standards.However,there are still many problems faced in the process of financial sharing implementation.This thesis analyzes and researches based on the financial sharing model from both theoretical and practical perspectives,using the literature research method and case study method.Firstly,this paper compares the research on financial shared services and the optimization of expense reimbursement process under the financial shared model to provide a good theoretical basis for further research.Secondly,the current situation of expense reimbursement process in Bank A,Branch H is analyzed,and the problems in the application,approval,review and file management of expense reimbursement in Bank A,Branch H are analyzed.Again,from the problems and management objectives,we propose the restructuring of the financial organization and the optimization of the application,approval,review and file management processes.The expected effect of the optimization is also predicted and analyzed.Finally,we propose three safeguards for process optimization in terms of personnel,system and technology to ensure the implementation of the optimization plan.The objective is to reduce the operating cost of expense reimbursement in Bank A,Branch H,and improve the efficiency of operation and processing,so as to provide reference for other industries in the construction of expense reimbursement process optimization based on financial sharing model.
