With the global economic integration,convergence of regulatory policies and the high development of information technology,more and more enterprises are planning or implementing the construction of shared services.Although the application and exploration of the financial sharing model in China is in progress,most enterprises are still at the stage of centralizing their business in a simple way compared to experienced multinational groups.As an important part of a company’s financial management and one of the earliest core applications incorporated into the shared process by group enterprises,the management level of expense reimbursement directly affects the effective development and operation of financial sharing as well as the level of a company’s financial management.Therefore,the study of expense reimbursement management becomes particularly important as the number of enterprises applying financial sharing services increases dramatically.Based on information asymmetry theory,economy of scale theory,PDCA cycle and other theories,this paper analyzes the problems of expense reimbursement module in the company’s financial shared service model from four aspects: reimbursement process,reimbursement system,reimbursement system and supervision,and finds that there are mainly problems in the process of expense reimbursement management in the financial shared center.The problems include low timeliness of centralized reimbursement,information asymmetry between reimbursers and finance personnel,lack of effectiveness of risk control nodes in the audit process,limited scope of internal supervision,and lack of binding supervision.The reasons for these problems include the following five aspects:remote services increase communication barriers among financial personnel,lack of system adaptation in the reimbursement process,duplication of work in the reimbursement process,imperfect expense reimbursement management system,and inadequate internal supervision and incentive restraint mechanism.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes a corresponding improvement plan for the problems in the expense reimbursement management of Company K from five aspects: improving the communication channels between the financial sharing center and its affiliated companies,increasing the adaptability of the reimbursement system to the actual business,improving the intelligent processing capability of the audit process,optimizing the expense reimbursement management system to form a complete closed-loop management of reimbursement,and improving the internal supervision and assessment incentive mechanism.
