Research On Optimization Of P Company Expense Reimbursement Process Under Financial Sharing Model

Since 2001 China joined the world trade organization,our country's economy and fully integrate into the world economy,in 2007,the concept of shared services model gradually spread in the field of enterprise informatization,global leaders,shared services opens the financial,human resources,procurement and information technology in areas such as sharing the road.More and more companies are beginning to use shared services,outsourcing and global commercial services to improve the quality of financial information and reduce costs.Companies that generally establish financial sharing centers often face high travel expenses.Therefore,in many financial sharing centers,the expense reimbursement process has become one of the core of the company and plays an important role in corporate financial accounting and production operations.As an independent accounting department,the Financial Sharing Center expects to be able to reimburse existing related processes by improving and optimizing expenses,not only reducing time and cost,improving the efficiency of financial personnel,but also reducing corporate risks.P company is one of the world's top 500 IT companies,in recent years,P Company has developed rapidly based on its business in the Asia Pacific region.Based on China's unique invoice identification method and minor language advantages,in 2004,it has decided to introduce a financial shared service management model in Dalian and establish and implement a financial sharing service center.FSSC service to internal and external customers in Asia Pacific,example,Japan,Thailand,Korea,Great China(include Taiwan,Hong Kong,Macau).FSSC's support scope is Accounting Payable,Accounting Receivable,General Ledger,Tax,Employee reimbursement and so on.This paper studies and analyzes the expense reimbursement process of P company under the current financial sharing mode.Through some.analysis of the problems existing in the development process of the enterprise,it explores the core problems behind it and proposes improvement measures.By expounding the theories of sharing,financial sharing,process optimization,employee reimbursment etc.,combined with the actual situation of P company,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the current P company's expense reimbursement process and makes an analysis and discussion of the problems.It also puts forward an optimized research plan and ideas for the current cost reimbursement process under the mode of financial sharing.Analyze the current status of P's existing expense reimbursement process from various aspects,and thoroughly explore the problems existing at the current stage of each process.The quantitative analysis method,comparative analysis before and after optimization,chart analysis method are used to optimize the research and forecast of the entire expense reimbursement process,and combine the forecast results,the new problems found,and propose optimization suggestions for each stage process.According to the optimization opinion and the detailed process based on the shared service mode,the flow chart is optimized and the flow chart after optimization is drawn and described in detail.Through these optimization measures to improve the overall operation of P company's expense reimbursement,save time cost,and I hope that the research results and resolve advice of this paper can provide reference for enterprises in other sharing modes in the future.
