In recent years,the popularization of e-commerce,the expansion of domestic logistics networks,and the growth of mobile internet and cold chain logistics have driven the development of the frozen food industry into a fast lane.In addition,the characteristics of safe and hygienic,convenient to consume.nutritious and delicious,and affordable prices of frozen food have made it increasingly popular among consumers,and the entire frozen food industry continues to grow in scale.The further expansion of market demand has brought huge development opportunities to small and medium-sized frozen food en terprises,but at the same time,it has also brought new challenges.How to scientifically formulate production plans has become the key for small and medium-sized frozen food enterprises to calmly respond to the ever-changing market information and orders,meet customer needs in a timely manner,reduce production costs,and enhance their own.competitiveness in the fierce market competition and ever-changing market environment.SJ Company is a typical small and medium-sized frozen food enterprise,mainly engaged in the production and sales of prefabricated dishes in multiple varicties and small batches.Its representative product,Chiba Tofu Chunk,has a short production cycle,fluctuating market demand,and a clear trend of off peak seasons,which makes it difficult to formulate production plans,resulting in delayed delivery and imbalanced production and sales.How planners balance demand and production capacity,and in the face of fluctuating and unbalanced demand,coordinate and arrange the production tasks of enterprises to formulate scientific and reasonable production plans is the core of solving the problem.This article takes SJ Company’s Chiba Tofu Blocks Production Plan as the research object.Through on-site research and fishbone diagram analysis,the key problems in SJ Company’s Chiba Tofu Blocks Production Plan are diagnosed and analyzed.Using demand forecasting,production planning theory,and a mix of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques,the paper reconstructs SJ Company’s Chiba Tofu Blocks Demand Forecasting Method,optimizes SJ Company’s Chiba Tofu Blocks Annual Production Plan Strategy We have optimized the production plan system of SJ Company’s Chiba Tofu Blocks from three aspects,and developed a more scientific,refined,and adaptable optimization plan for SJ Company’s Chiba Tofu Blocks production plan.Finally,to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization plan,PMC theory is applied to propose guarantee measures from two aspects:the organizational structure of the production plan and the supporting plan of the production plan.The practical significance of the research lies in developing a more scientific,refined,and adaptable optimization plan for SJ Company’s Chiba Tofu Blocks production plan,and proposing guarantee measures for the implementation of the plan based on the characteristics of the enterprise and product,which can solve the problems currently existing in SJ Company’s Chiba Tofu Blocks production plan.Meanwhile,the research results of this article can provide reference for similar small and medium-sized frozen food enterprises.
