Research On Production Planning And Scheduling To Supply And Demand Mismatch In F Group

In recent years,with the development of scientific and technological and economic globalization,the supply and demand constantly change between upstream and downstream enterprises.Meanwhile,customer demand becomes more customized and more personalized.As a result,the operations environment is becoming more and more dynamic and unpredictable.Facing these uncertainty factors,production scheduling is playing a more and more important role.An effective and flexible production planning can not only reduce the resources waste,but also solve the problems of production management complexity resulted from the expansion of production scale and equipment,change of the orders,raise of the cost pressure and the shorten of customer delivery time and so on.This thesis studies the production scheduling problems in F Group under uncertain environment,including:(1)The problems on production scheduling organization are analyzed and a proposed plan about organization restructuring is put forward,so as to solve the communication barriers between and improve the organization's overall operational efficiency.(2)The problems on information flow between production scheduling and material requirements planning are studied,and an improved production scheduling strategy with a higher agility is illustrated by scheduling process optimizing,work standardizing and waste of resources reducing through continuous business flow.(3)The problems of inventory management are solved by using Kanban management and pull approach,which optimizes the inventory management organization and solves the inventory information delay resulted from the inaccurate production scheduling.(4)A preliminary improvement scheme is presented to alleviate the pressure of the artificial operation,shorten the time of production scheduling and improve the efficiency of production scheduling,which will help the organization optimize his supply chain.The research results have certain reference value for F Group to improve his planning ability to respond to uncertain needs.
