Under the background of increasingly fierce market competition,the survival and development of enterprises usually depend on their internal management and control,which is the internal driving force for the continuous growth and development of excellent enterprises.For equipment manufacturing industry,the scientific management of production planning and control is an important way to influence the scientific management and profitability of enterprises,and also a key factor for enterprises to stand in the industry competition.Shenyang Turbo-Machinery Corporation is a traditional manufacturer of all kinds of fans,compressors and other turbine machinery manufacturing enterprise,under the background of the industry slowdown,the development of enterprises and the stress decreased in some degree.After analysis,production plan and control management of Shenyang Turbo-Machinery Corporation is lagging backward,which has become a bottleneck restricting in the development of enterprises.Therefore,this paper combined with the production planning and control of the latest theoretical research results and practical experience,in-depth analysis and study of Shenyang Turbo-Machinery Corporation existing production planning and control system of the existing problems and reasons.Using the related theory,combined with the company's actual situation,this paper do improve research into Shenyang Turbo-Machinery Corporation production planning and control system,put forward countermeasures and specific safeguard measures to improve the production plan completion rate,the customer order on time delivery rate,the production management level and the business efficiency of enterprises,finally enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise and strengthen our market position.This paper mainly introduces the research background,research significance and research ideas.This part defines the basic direction for the full text of writing.This paper focuses on the related theoretical knowledge of production planning and control,such as master production plan(MPS),material requirement plan(MRP),manufacturing resource planning(MRPII)and just in time production mode(JIT).This part provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of the following problems.This paper mainly introduces the general situation,Shenyang Turbo-Machinery Corporation production characteristics and the status quo of production planning and control,integrate theory and practice,analyzes the problems of Shenyang Turbo-Machinery Corporation in the production planning and control,and do a comprehensive and profound analysis on the causes of the problem.This part provides the research foundation for the following research.This paper did improve research mainly combined with the problems of Shenyang Turbo-Machinery Corporation in the production planning and control,and proposed improvement measures around 5 aspects of the main control of production planning,material requirements planning,control and procurement outsourcing control and production plan control,inventory control.Evaluated on the production plan and control system document,customer order delivery in time rate,material inventory management,and company indirect benefit four aspects.Results of comparison on improved and former Shenyang Turbo-Machinery Corporation production planning and control show that improvement effect.The implementation of the protection measures to ensure the effect of steady improvement,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Shenyang Turbo-Machinery Corporation.
