In the traditional compensation system,the salary is determined by the hierarchy of one’s position in the organization,and different positions have corresponding salary standards.With the continuous optimization of salary management,the organizational structure is flattened,the salary level becomes less,and employees can only improve their salary level by promoting their positions,which affects their work motivation.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a salary system that is not limited by the position level,but also change the traditional salary system that raises salary according to the promotion,and under the principle of fairness and impartiality,set the corresponding salary standard according to the actual working ability of the employees to realize scientific salary management.Based on this,this paper takes KLM as the research object,studies its salary system optimization plan,and compares the old and new salary system,and finally determines a broadband salary system that is most suitable for the development of the enterprise.The reason why we choose the company is that the existing organizational structure of the company is simple,with few levels and typical flat features.The thesis analyzes the existing salary structure and salary system of KLM Company in depth,lays the data foundation of the study by investigating the actual situation of KLM Company,finds some shortcomings in the current salary management of the company,combines the necessity and practicality of the optimization of broadband salary system of KLM Company,and carries out the redesign of broadband salary system scheme.The thesis firstly elaborates the background and significance of the selected topic,and then outlines the concepts and related theories related to broadband compensation,collates and summarizes the research findings of domestic and foreign scholars on broadband compensation management,and lays the theoretical foundation of this paper.Secondly,the survey of the operation and satisfaction of the compensation system of KLM was conducted in the form of questionnaires to identify the problems and analyze them.Again,scientific methods such as job analysis and job value assessment are used to design the broadband compensation system,and the expected effect of the redesigned broadband compensation system and the optimized result are compared.Finally,the corresponding guarantee measures are proposed from three aspects of personnel,organization and system.The purpose of this study is to establish a set of broadband compensation system suitable for the actual situation of KLM,to enhance its intrinsic advantages,to realize the principle of people-oriented management,to make the employees play the maximum value,to lay the foundation of talents,to help the sustainable development of the company,and to provide reference for the same type of enterprises.
