21st century is a new time when human capital competition matters. Specialized assets with comparatively strong comprehensive abilities play a positive role in the business operation and management. A reasonable salary design can not only motivates employee effectively but also can achieve a professionalized management of them. Due to the difference of products and company size, their human resources management especially their salary structures differ. As for enterprises themselves, their salary structures change and get optimized in different stages with the development of society and companies.For SD company which rely on knowledge profitable enterprise, enterprise sustainable development is the key to the staff, and the employee concerned about most is a matter of the interests of the people, is what you get. Compensation is SD such private enterprise internal employees the most powerful driving force, is also the most favorable enterprise incentive tool. SD company to occupy dominant position in human resources competition, we must establish an effective compensation system. The compensation system will be SD play an irreplaceable role in the development of the company,In this paper, starting from the basic theory of compensation, combining with the related theory of compensation, the study of SD company, for example advertising enterprises pay system, the article first introduces the SD company’s existing compensation system, through the investigation and analysis to find out the existing problems of compensation system, through combing to the problem has been clear about the causes of the problem, and the necessity of compensation reform and expounds the SD company. Then, according to the organization structure of SD company, staff structure and the development of the company strategic goals, to achieve the company goal in an advantage position in human resources, in the form of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, through the statistical analysis of survey data, combined with special properties of SD company private, advertising industry, to reform the existing compensation, to design a new compensation system. Compensation system and the design process comprehensively describes the job analysis, salary structure, performance evaluation and salary adjustment. And to ensure that the new compensation system would be able to implement, puts forward the corresponding security measures.As a private advertising company, SD company in compensation management problems, also found in similar enterprises, this article through to the SD company compensation system design study again, put forward a new compensation system design scheme, which will have certain reference for other private small and medium-sized advertising enterprises.
