Salary management in the modern market economy has become the enterprisehuman resources management important link, the management level of enterprisesand competition ability to have important influence. As our country joins WTOdomestic private enterprises are facing the macro environment is becoming more andmore complicated, the market competition is more and more intense.The main content of this paper is the analysis of the Shenyang Xunchi Companyof the original salary system, using modern management theory and the salarytheory, find out the defects, analysis of its causes, and the combination ofqualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, the Shenyang XunchiCompany salary system for the design, make the Shenyang Xunchi Company ofsalary system is more reasonable, perfect. The first part mainly explains the researchbackground, purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, themain research contents and methods, technical route. The second major part of theShenyang Xunchi Company and the existing salary system was analyzed.
