In recent years, with the continuous improvement of our economic level and national living standards, the construction of Internet infrastructure and the popularization of mobile terminal equipment, our country’s logistics industry ushered in an excellent development environment.According to the latest data released by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing,in2022,the total amount of social logistics in China reached more than 34.76 trillion yuan, and the total revenue of the logistics industry was more than 1.27 trillion yuan. The domestic logistics market has been the largest in the world for seven consecutive years.Logistics service supply chain is an important trend of the development of logistics industry and an important branch of service supply chain. It takes logistics service integrator as its core member, through the integration of social logistics resources,to provide customers with one-stop,integrated logistics services. At present, with the help of information platform, the development of logistics service supply chain is extremely rapid, but the operation efficiency, operation cost and service quality of most logistics service providers are uneven, affecting the overall benefit of the supply chain. At the same time,in order task allocation, integrators often pay attention to their own interests and ignore the interests of other members, resulting in the decline of service quality. In this case, how to establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system of logistics service providers, and reasonable allocation of order tasks,is a problem worth exploring. Therefore, this thesis takes the transportation logistics service supply chain as the entry point to study the performance evaluation of logistics service providers and the assignment of order tasks.First of all, this thesis reviews and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad, gives a brief overview of the basic connotation and structure of the logistics service supply chain, analyzes the existing problems in the performance evaluation and order allocation of the current logistics service providers, and briefly introduces the ranking learning,multi-objective optimization, fuzzy comprehensive decision making and other methods used in this thesis.Secondly, based on the current operating characteristics of domestic logistics suppliers, this thesis constructs a comprehensive performance evaluation system of logistics suppliers by integrating literature analysis and theoretical analysis on the basis of balanced scorecard theory, and assigns weights to evaluation indicators by combining subjective and objective methods based on ranking learning. Then, this thesis analyzes the two cases of customer demand preference in order allocation. When the customer has no demand preference,a multi-objective programming model of order allocation is constructed based on the perspectives of integrators, suppliers and customers. When the customer has demand preference, the fuzzy comprehensive decision method is used to select the appropriate supplier and assign the order based on the customer demand preference. Finally, this thesis verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method through the case of a transport logistics integrator.
