Research On Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Of Logistics Service Integrators

With the rapid development of the logistics industry,the competition among logistics enterprises is further intensified,and each logistics enterprise hopes to expand its market share.Therefore,logistics enterprises are carrying out organizational reform of supply chain with the market changes.The logistics service supply chain thus formed has achieved rapid development.Resource integration of logistics enterprises in the supply chain can not only bring high-quality services to customers,but also extend the business scope of logistics enterprises.The logistics service supply chain takes the logistics service integrator as the core,and the logistics service integrator integrates resources with the help of modern information technology,so as to bring personalized,intelligent and integrated services to the logistics demander.The performance of the supply chain of logistics service integrators can judge the degree to which the logistics service supply chain can meet the needs of customers.This paper takes the logistics service supply chain as the research object and evaluates its performance from the perspective of logistics service integrators.Firstly,it discusses the research background and significance of the topic,and sorts out the domestic and foreign literature,and defines the research content,methods and technical route of the paper.Secondly,it analyzes the theory of logistics service integrator supply chain performance evaluation.Thirdly,from the supply chain of the support layer,operation layer,the results from three aspects,it has established the level of information,the degree of collaboration,the effectiveness of incentive mechanism,technical skills,strategic capability,strategic competence,executive ability,supply chain service level,financial capacity of 9 secondary indexs 27 tertiary indicators of logistics service integrators supply chain performance evaluation index system,and by using SPSS software to 27 tertiary indexes the reliability analysis,validate the reliability and rationality of the index;Fourthly,a grey comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to determine the weight by the combination of AHP and DEMATEL.Finally,the model is used to evaluate the supply chain performance of logistics service integrators.Through the research of this topic,it is expected to provide theoretical and practical reference for logistics service integrators supply chain performance evaluation.
