With the constant development of logistics industry and more attention of protecting our environment, the paper is studied on green logistics services supply chain performance evaluation within the core logistics services integrator.First of all, after studying the research related to logistics service supply chain at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of service supply chain, define and clarify the green logistics service supply chain performance evaluation content. Using the balanced scorecard(BSC) principle, extend the performance evaluation system from financial perspective, customer perspective, green environment, internal processes perspective and learning and growth perspective. Set up green logistics service supply chain performance evaluation index system. Through the questionnaire survey of index screening, determine the driven relationship between indicators.Second, considering the influence between indexes, determine the weights of performance evaluation indexes by Analytic Network Process(ANP), and calculated it by Super Decisions software. Evaluate green logistics service supply chain performance with logistics services integrator as the core by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally, using the ANP-Fuzzy Comprehensive evaluation model, study the case of green logistics service supply chain from M company. After investigating the current situation of M company logistics service supply chain, analysis and process the collected information. Based on the established evaluation index system, using ANP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, evaluate the performance of green supply chain logistics services of M company. Based on the analysis of the performance evaluation results, verify the effectiveness of the green logistics service supply chain performance evaluation model proposed in this paper.
