With the increasingly fierce competition and social demand uncertainty,industrial integration, the specialization of labor division, and the diversification of customer needs promote the rapid growth of logistics outsourcing business and its overall complexity, logistics services business continuously penetrated into all areas of production, marketing, and gradually evolved into Logistics Service Supply Chain(LSSC) with an integrated logistics functions. LSSC as a modern logistics senior management mode, is facing a constantly changing business environment,and its operating conditions are affected by more and more stakeholders, including not only logistics service providers and consumers, but also governments, communities and their residents, etc.The relationship between the operating conditions of LSSC and stakeholders become closer than ever before, and only fully considering the interests of stakeholders, the stakeholders can continue to participate in coordination to create a favorable booming environmental conditions for the development of LSSC.Therefore, structuring a performance evaluation system based on stakeholders is very necessary, and also conforms to the sustainable survival and development requirements of LSSC.Based on the previous theory research of LSSC and stakeholders, firstly this paper defines LSSC stakeholders, clears the interests of LSSC stakeholders and discusses the principles of constructing the LSSC performance evaluation index system.Then build a performance evaluation index system of LSSC from the stakeholders perspective. Thirdly, selecting Transfar logistics-oriented service supply chain as the research object, we are using triangular fuzzy AHP and entropy method to evaluate its 2010-2014 performance, reveal its variation,and further analyze the degree of influence between the various indicators and performance appraisal results,and policies and measures improving the performance of the LSSC is put forward based on the empirical results. Finally, the research of this paper are summed up. The deficiency and where there needs improvements are pointed out.In this study, from a new perspective of stakeholder perspective, considering thenew evaluation index of low-carbon logistics, energy conservation, etc., it not only provides a new idea for the improvement and development of LSSC performance evaluation system, but also enriches theory of supply chain performance evaluation.In addition, by analyzing the empirical results, the paper makes suggestions to improve the logistics services on the benefit of LSSC stakeholders, which will help guide the behavior of managers of logistics services, so as to effectively ensure the economic and social benefits of LSSC, and promote a sustainable and comprehensive development for logistics services industry.
