Performance Evaluation Study Of "One County,One Product" To Promote The Development Of Rural Industries In Jiangxi

In recent years,with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,various rural revitalization strategy development plans have appeared all over the country,and rural industries are booming.However,with the development of rural industry,problems such as disordered competition,homogenization of products and incomplete basic support gradually emerged,which became the focus of national and social attention.Various policies to support the revitalization of rural industries have emerged in some national-level areas.The development of rural industries presents a good opportunity,and its development has brought certain impact on rural economic development and society.In order to better solve the problems in rural revitalization,especially in industrial revitalization,rural "one county,one product" came into being.The evaluation of one county and one product is of great significance to the effect of rural industry development,but the current evaluation index system of rural industry development can not be directly applied to the effect evaluation of rural industry development.Therefore,it is necessary to build a set of one county one product to promote the development of rural industry effect evaluation index system.Under the policy guidance of the provincial Party Committee and government of Jiangxi Province and the financial supervision of Jiangxi Province,based on the advantages of natural ecological resources,Jiujiang Bank of Jiangxi Province has explored and introduced financial development projects of "one county,one product" with Jiangxi characteristics and relevant financial support schemes,which have helped promote the development of rural industries.Therefore,Jiujiang Bank’s "one county,one commodity" effect evaluation study on the development of rural industries in Jiangxi is the research object,which has certain typicality and representativeness.It is not only of great significance for improving the development effect of Jiangxi characteristic agriculture,but also can provide reference for other regions,especially underdeveloped areas,to develop rural industries and boost rural revitalization.This thesis is based on analytic hierarchy process,Delphi method,Jiangxi province as an example.First of all,through literature review and field visits,grasp the current situation of Jiujiang Bank to promote the development of rural industry in one county and one product.Secondly,identify and refine the evaluation index system of rural industrial development effect.Thirdly,through the use of new public service theory and industrial policy theory,to explore the problems and reasons of rural industrial development effect.Finally,according to the problems and reasons,the thesis puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the effect of rural industry development.
