Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Rural Industrial Integration Development Demonstration Park In Lianyuan City,Hunan Province

The report of the 20th Party Congress proposes to speed up the construction of a strong agricultural country and solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organization.The next few years will be an important time node to study how to create a new carrier of rural industrial revitalization platform and cultivate new dynamic energy for agricultural and rural economic development.Therefore,it is important to study the corresponding mechanism for the construction of demonstration park of rural industrial integration development to promote the rapid and healthy development of rural industrial integration.This thesis selects the demonstration park of rural industrial integration development in Lianyuan City,Hunan Province as the research object and conducts a comprehensive evaluation study on it.First,based on summarizing and summarizing relevant academic literature and conceptual theories,a comprehensive evaluation index system of the demonstration park of rural industrial integration development in Lianyuan City was constructed,and the weights of indicators at each level were calculated using hierarchical analysis method,and the differences in the weights of evaluation indicators at each level were analyzed.Meanwhile,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is further applied to explore the development level of each factor and analyze the main problems that restrict the development of the demonstration park.Finally,corresponding policy suggestions are proposed for these problems in order to provide useful references for the further development of the demonstration park of rural industrial integration development in Lianyuan City,Hunan Province.The main research findings are as follows:(1)The demonstration park of rural industrial integration development in Lianyuan focuses on the development of rural industries,and through building a platform and integrating resources,it has achieved cross-border integration and promoted industrial development.Among them,the demonstration park is outstanding in terms of industrial chain extension,integrated urban-rural development and benefit linkage mechanism,but there are still shortcomings in two aspects:multi-functional expansion situation and diversified integration of business modes.(2)After further investigation and research,it is found that the following problems still exist in the construction of demonstration parks:the lack of effective support and guarantee for agricultural credit,challenges in the development of rural e-commerce,the enhancement of farmers’ ability to increase income still needs to be strengthened,the lack of investment in agricultural science and technology and R&D,and the difficulties in the transformation of ecological resources into value.(3)Promote the construction of demonstration parks mainly from the following aspects:promoting the construction of rural credit system and improving the external environment of rural finance;optimizing the operation mode of rural e-commerce and deepening the construction of e-commerce service system;improving the comprehensive quality of rural residents and enhancing the ability of farmers to increase income continuously;innovating the policy system of agricultural science and technology and strengthening the promotion service of agricultural science and technology;exploring the transformation path of ecological resources and improving the value of ecological resources function.
