Evaluation And Research On The Development Of Pepper Industry In Zunyi City

In recent years,the pepper industry in Zunyi City has become one of the important agricultural industries in Guizhou under the background of the rapid economic development and the improvement of people’s living standards.With the increasingly fierce competition in the pepper industry across the country,the research on pepper in Zunyi has attracted the attention of scholars,but there is no relevant research on the construction of an index system for the pepper industry in the existing literature.Therefore,this paper takes the pepper industry in Zunyi as the research Based on the perspective of farmers,a systematic and comprehensive comprehensive evaluation system was established on the development environment,quality and efficiency improvement,production and operation system construction and sustainable development of the industry,and the pepper industry development in Zunyi City was deeply studied through field research.Based on the reference and reference to the research on the development of the agricultural industry,and fully considering the characteristics of Zunyi pepper,this paper constructs the Zunyi pepper industry development evaluation index system,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine 4 criterion layers and 25 index layers and their weights,and through the questionnaire survey of pepper farmers,thus makes an empirical analysis of Zunyi pepper industry development situation,It is estimated that the total score of Zunyi pepper industry development level is 3.5217,indicating a good development level.Finally,according to the analysis of the influencing factors of industrial construction evaluation,combined with the field interview,find out the existing problems of Zunyi pepper industry development:(1)the soil quality is declining,and the infrastructure still needs to be improved;(2)thelabor force is aging,and the industry is developing momentum.Insufficient;(3)The quality of new pepper varieties is low,and there is no continuous subsidy for changing varieties;(4)The brand promotion is not enough,and the level of e-commerce operation needs to be improved;(5)The effect of technology promotion is not good,and the supervision of green production is not in place;(6)The main body of production and operation is scattered,and the radiation driving ability is not strong.Therefore,in order to better promote the development of Zunyi pepper industry,the following suggestions were put forward:(1)Speed up soil and variety improvement,and technology promotes high-quality development;(2)Increase subsidy support policies and improve the level of infrastructure construction;(3)Improve the service guarantee mechanism and cultivate new business entities;(4)Strengthen brand promotion and expand sales channels;(5)Promote green production technology and strengthen supervision and punishment mechanisms;(6)Improve the construction of the entire industry chain system and promote digitalization Upgrade.
