Text In recent years,the new energy automobile industry has developed rapidly.No matter the market ownership and technology of new energy vehicles,they are constantly catching up with and even surpassing the traditional automobile industry in some fields.Especially under the influence of global energy crunch,energy competition among countries and environmental protection and other factors,the advantages of the new energy automobile industry continue to highlight,which makes the traditional automobile enterprises that have occupied the market for a long time suffer a huge impact.Therefore,in the existing business,the major traditional automobile enterprises have also developed the new energy field of business for survival and development.At the same time of business competition,also launched the battle for talent,especially the traditional automobile industry technical talent.JI Company is one of the representatives of traditional automobile enterprises.In the current competition,it is suffering from the impact brought by the new forces of car manufacturing.The loss of technical talents and front-line workers among its grass-roots employees is increasingly serious,which directly affects and restricts the development and operation of the company.Human resources are strategic resources for enterprise management and competition.Based on the analysis of Maslow’s demand,Vroom’s theory and Alderferffer’s theory,this thesis first analyzes the current research status of dimission at home and abroad.At the same time,it conducts questionnaires and interviews on the current and disengaged grassroots employees of JI Automobile Company,finds out the reasons for the increasingly profound dimission of grassroots employees from the aspects of individual,enterprise and society.And think in the same way and study the countermeasures and come to a conclusion.In both theoretical and practical sense,the personnel turnover problem of JI Automobile Company studied in this thesis is representative in the traditional automobile industry.The development of the enterprise is directly related to the loyalty of the employees,and the employees also directly affect the long-term development of the enterprise.Therefore,the final conclusion and countermeasures of this thesis have certain reference significance for solving the dimission problem of grassroots employees in other traditional automobile enterprises.
