| Entering the era of highly changing market economy environment,the organization’s crisis response ability is facing higher standards.Under the crisis situation,the "black swan" events frequently brought huge shocks to the society,and the social economy suffered a heavy blow,and the development of enterprises suffered a fierce impact.Organizational resilience can help enterprises recover quickly in the crisis and gain contrarian growth with the help of the crisis,which has gradually been valued by various organizations and become their secret book to deal with uncertainty.Therefore,in order to cope with all kinds of uncertainties in the crisis situation and promote the high-quality sustainable development of enterprises,it is very important to deepen the research on the promotion path of organizational resilience.On the basis of reviewing the related research results of event strength,resource orchestration,organizational resilience and reflective learning,this study based on the event system theory and resource orchestration theory,regards resource orchestration as the intermediary variable between crisis event strength and enterprise organizational resilience,and reflective learning as the adjustment variable on the path of "event strength-resource orchestration",and deeply analyzes the influencing mechanism of how to enhance enterprise organizational resilience in crisis situations.In this study,410 questionnaires filled by middle and senior managers of small and medium-sized enterprises were collected,and an empirical test was conducted to verify the hypothesis put forward in this study.Firstly,SPSS and AMOS data processing software are used to test the reliability and validity of the collected sample data,descriptive statistical analysis and common method deviation test.Then,SPSS data processing software is used to carry out correlation analysis,total effect test,direct effect test,intermediary effect test and adjustment effect test,and PROCESS plug-in is used to carry out intermediary effect test,adjustment effect test and adjustment intermediary effect test again.Finally,the research conclusions and shortcomings of this paper are summarized,and the future research is also prospected.It is found that:(1)Crisis event strength will positively affect the improvement of organizational resilience of enterprises;(2)Crisis event strength has a positive impact on resource orchestration,and resource orchestration plays a intermediary role between crisis event strength and the improvement of enterprise organizational resilience.Crisis event strength will promote the formation of enterprise organizational resilience through the improvement of resource orchestration ability;(3)Reflective learning plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between crisis event strength and resource orchestration,and the intermediary relationship between crisis event strength and organizational resilience is also positively regulated by reflective learning.These findings can help enterprises in crisis situations get out of difficulties and achieve sustainable development by improving organizational resilience. |
