With the arrival of the shift period of economic growth rate,with the support of big data technology,the social competition environment is becoming more and more fierce.With the acceleration of the comprehensive deepening of capital market reform,securities companies,as one of the important subjects of capital market,have promoted their position in the financial system.Due to the influence of the instability of the capital market,the risk of the securities industry not only requires securities practitioners to have a higher level of knowledge and skills,but also affects the salary level of practitioners.The acceleration of opening up to the outside world,the complete abolition of restrictions on the business scope of foreign securities companies in China,and the accelerated introduction of advanced business models and business experience of overseas investment banks will break the existing pattern of the domestic securities industry,which will undoubtedly bring greater challenges and pressures to small and medium-sized securities firms.Under the background that the capital market is changing and young people are facing high housing prices and high fertility costs,the stress management of employees in securities companies has become a matter of concern.The problem of employee stress has been concerned by scholars at home and abroad,and some achievements have been made in the academic community.Through the study of the literature,it is found that there are few research literatures on employee stress management in the securities industry,and there are few practical work stress management strategies.As a member of the financial service industry,the emotional stability and mental health of employees in securities companies determine their service level,thereby affecting customer satisfaction and company performance.It is worth studying what measures organizations and individuals should take to keep employees in good mental outlook and working condition.The author carefully studied the related theories of stress,stressors and stress management,and consulted the literature at home and abroad,which is the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,the reliability and validity of the collected data were analyzed by SPSS software.The data of this questionnaire has high reliability and validity.A questionnaire from eight dimensions to investigate the status of a securities company employees stress,including lack of motivation,work itself and the working environment and atmosphere of these three dimensions of a securities company employees stress the greatest impact.Then,according to the survey data,the thesis analyzes and summarizes the existing problems of pressure management in A Securities Company,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Based on the research theory of work stress management at home and abroad,combined with the problems and causes of stress management in A Securities Company,this thesis puts forward practical and targeted measures to optimize employee stress management from the organizational level and individual level.At the same time,from the cultural atmosphere protection,organizational management protection and financial level protection of three aspects to ensure the effective implementation of optimized countermeasures.
