Research On Incentive Mechanism Evaluation And Governance Of Smart Logistics Platforms

In the process of improving the level of integrated logistics services in China,smart logistics platforms are playing an increasingly important role.With the promotion and application of new technologies such as big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and block chain,smart logistics platforms have become increasingly valued.Therefore,improving the overall quality of all participants in the smart logistics platform and fully mobilizing their work enthusiasm have become the focus of the construction of smart logistics platforms.At present,an incentive mechanism has been tentatively established in the smart logistics platform.Although this mechanism effectively mobilizes the initiative,enthusiasm,and creativity of all participants in the smart logistics platform,there are still some urgent problems that need improvement.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the incentive mechanism construction of smart logistics platforms remains a key issue that needs to be focused on and addressed in the future.In order to understand the current status of incentive mechanisms for smart logistics platforms and explore incentive strategies that are more conducive to improving the work enthusiasm of participants,this article takes the X smart logistics platform as an example,conducts a comprehensive investigation and visit research on the X smart logistics platform based on literature analysis,constructs an evaluation index system,explores the problems in the current incentive mechanism of the X smart logistics platform,and proposes governance suggestions.Based on a review of relevant literature,this article provides a detailed study of the current incentive mechanism of the X smart logistics platform and examines the content of the platform’s incentive mechanism from five perspectives: knowledge resource sharing,collaborative creation goals,government support,contract incentives,and transaction incentives in both internal and external incentive mechanisms.Subsequently,scientific indicators were selected to evaluate the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism for the smart logistics platform,and a model suitable for evaluating the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism for the smart logistics platform was constructed using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.Based on this,the problems in knowledge resource sharing,collaborative creation goals,government support,contract incentives,and transaction incentives in the current incentive mechanism for the X smart logistics platform were analyzed The reasons and their impacts were evaluated and analyzed.Through comprehensive analysis,it was found that there are problems in five aspects: knowledge resource sharing,collaborative creation goals,government support,contract incentives,and transaction incentives.The paper proposes governance suggestions for the incentive mechanism of smart logistics platforms to address these issues.This article constructs an incentive mechanism evaluation model for smart logistics platforms,explains the internal mechanism of indicator selection,expands and enriches the research context and theoretical connotation of incentive mechanism theory,and provides inspiration and reference for latecomer enterprises in incentive mechanism evaluation and governance.
