Research On Evaluation Index System Of Value Creation Process Of Intelligent Logistics Platform

With the development of intelligent logistics platforms,the value creation of intelligent logistics platforms is becoming increasingly important for the sustainable development of intelligent logistics platforms.However,existing research has proposed the theory of platform value creation,but the theory and practical application of value creation for intelligent logistics platforms are relatively lacking.Therefore,based on literature review,this article establishes an evaluation index system for value creation of intelligent logistics platforms,builds an evaluation model for value creation of intelligent logistics platforms based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive method,and takes JD Logistics as an example for simulation.The main research results of this article are as follows:(1)By analyzing the connotation of the ecological chain of smart logistics platforms,this paper analyzes the operational mechanism of the value creation process of smart logistics platforms from five perspectives: value proposition,value production,value transmission,value realization,and value sharing.(2)Based on the operational mechanism of the value creation process,a threelevel indicator system for the value creation process of smart logistics platforms has been constructed.Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process,the weights of the three level indicators for the evaluation model of smart logistics value creation were determined separately.Introduced a comment set and membership matrix,conducted empirical analysis on the value creation of JD Logistics based on questionnaire method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.(3)Based on the evaluation results of JD Logistics’ value creation,optimization strategies are proposed from the perspectives of value proposition,value production,value transmission,value realization,and value sharing,in order to enhance the value creation and sharing capabilities of the smart logistics platform.The main innovation points of this article are in two aspects.One is to propose the operational mechanism of the value creation process of the smart logistics platform from the perspective of the ecological chain of the smart logistics platform.Constructing a platform value creation model indicator system,which reflects the sharing essence of smart logistics platforms;The other is to construct an evaluation index system and evaluation model for the value creation process of smart logistics platforms,and conduct empirical research using JD Logistics.Based on empirical analysis,five optimization strategies for the value creation process of smart logistics platforms were proposed.This paper establishes the evaluation index system of the value creation process of intelligent logistics platform,which can be widely applied to the value creation evaluation of intelligent logistics parks,and is conducive to improving the competitiveness of our smart logistics industry.
