| With the upgrading of logistics demand and the innovation drive of modern information technology,the modern logistics industry gradually presents the development trend of informatization,networking and intelligence.On the basis of integrating advanced concepts,technologies and management methods,the intelligent logistics platform integrates logistics resources and circulation channels to the greatest extent,effectively improves the efficiency of logistics transactions,and realizes the whole process supervision of logistics information Control has become the core and key of modern logistics development.Nowadays,there are many logistics platforms running online in China,but some of them are eliminated by the market because of various reasons.The reason is that their business model lags behind.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for the development and long-term stable operation of intelligent logistics platform to study and evaluate the business model of intelligent logistics platform and put forward the innovation strategy of its business model.Firstly,This paper gives the component dimensions and elements of the business model of the intelligent logistics platform based on the value perspective,which includes four dimensions: value proposition,value creation,value transmission and value realization,while the component elements include nine elements: logistics service,platform construction,key resource capacity,income model,etc.;then,in-depth analysis of the business model of the intelligent logistics platform On the basis of the current situation,a set of feasible business model evaluation index system of intelligent logistics platform is designed based on the above-mentioned constituent dimensions and elements,and a business model evaluation model is constructed by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then,this paper takes two intelligent logistics platforms as examples to comprehensively evaluate their business models,and the evaluation results are clear The former business model mainly has problems such as serious homogenization of logistics service model,imperfect design of platform basic structure and unreasonable income model.Finally,according to the evaluation results,this paper gives the innovation strategy of the business model of intelligent logistics platform,and analyzes the innovation development trend of the future business model of intelligent logistics platform. |
