With the rapid growth of road traffic,smart transportation has become an important direction of road traffic development.As an important carrier of smart transportation,the implementation of intelligent transportation platform can provide resource storage and cross-border communication for enterprise traffic management.Therefore,more and more enterprises begin to build and implement intelligent transportation platform.However,although enterprises have achieved some practical results in the application of intelligent transportation platform,there are still some problems in the process of implementing intelligent transportation platform.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the implementation and improvement strategies of enterprise intelligent transportation platforms.Socio-technical system theory is a theory that only by combining technology and society can system performance be effectively implemented.In the face of the complex implementation of intelligent transportation platform system,it is necessary to conduct theoretical research on the implementation obstacles and improvement strategies of enterprise intelligent transportation platform combined with the theory of socio-technical system.Therefore,the study will combine the theory of socio-technical system to systematically analyze the obstacles to the implementation of enterprise intelligent transportation platform and improvement strategies,so as to provide reference for promoting the implementation and development of intelligent transportation platform at the current stage.The study first constructs an evaluation index system for the maturity of the implementation of enterprise intelligent transportation platform,analyzes the weak points of the implementation of enterprise intelligent transportation platform,and summarizes the main problems faced by the implementation of enterprise intelligent transportation platform.Secondly,obstacles to the implementation of enterprise intelligent transportation platform are identified based on macro-ergonomics model.Furthermore,the AISM-AHP method is used to analyze the obstacles to the implementation of enterprise intelligent transportation platform.Then,the system simulation model is constructed based on the system dynamics method,and the dynamic evolution trend of the implementation and development of enterprise intelligent transportation platform is simulated to predict the implementation and development prospects of enterprise intelligent transportation platform.Finally,according to the AISM-AHP results and simulation results,improvement strategies for the implementation of intelligent transportation platform for enterprises have been obtained.The research shows that the implementation of the enterprise intelligent transportation platform is currently in the improvement stage,and it still needs to further improve the implementation application level;the obstacle factors that hinder the implementation of the enterprise intelligent transportation platform include 15 obstacle factors in terms of personnel,technology,organization and management,internal environment,and external environment;the 15 obstacle factors of the implementation of the enterprise intelligent transportation platform barrier factors can be divided into three layers,namely,the root driver layer,the intermediate transition layer and the surface direct layer,where the root driver layer factors directly on the intermediate transition layer factors,while the intermediate transition layer factors through the impact of the surface direct layer factors affect the implementation of the enterprise intelligent transportation platform;the implementation of enterprise intelligent transportation platform has a better development prospect,and enterprises can improve the implementation level of enterprise intelligent transportation platform by improving the utilization of data resources and strengthening the training of talents.Based on the theory of socio-technical systems,the study made comprehensive use of qualitative,quantitative and system simulation methods to evaluate the current maturity of the implementation of enterprise intelligent transportation platform,explored the obstacles to the implementation of enterprise intelligent transportation platform and the relationship between the factors,predicted the prospect of the implementation and development of enterprise intelligent transportation platform,and put forward specific suggestions.The study provides a new perspective for the implementation research of enterprise intelligent transportation platform,enriches the research content of enterprise intelligent transportation platform implementation,and provides scientific theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting the implementation and development of enterprise intelligent transportation platform.
