Design And Implementation Of Wanzhou Rural Logistics Information Service Platform Based On Intelligent Scheduling

In recent years,many Internet e-commerce enterprises are marching into the rural areas and cultivating the rural market.However,at present,in addition to the postal service,most of the logistics lines and service stations of the logistics enterprises extend to the county at most,and the villages and towns have limited access.Large logistics enterprises can not cover,small and medium-sized logistics enterprises can enter the village,but there is no single dispatch.The biggest problem of rural express delivery is to send it from county distribution centers to villages.Because of the scattered villages and the unstable quantity of express delivery,how to plan distribution routes is the biggest problem of rural "last kilometer" distribution.Many towns and townships in Wanzhou have their own agricultural products,but farmers have no way to sell their own agricultural products,only waiting for outside buyers to transport the goods themselves.Farmers have no initiative in this respect and lack an opportunity to show their agricultural products to the outside world.This paper designs and develops a logistics information service platform suitable for Wanzhou local rural areas.Based on B/S framework,the platform integrates cargo source information,vehicle source information,policy news,town and township introduction for Wanzhou villagers,in order to find distribution vehicles for cargo sources that need logistics transportation services,and cargo sources for idle and cargo-carrying vehicles,so as to speed up cargo circulation,improve logistics efficiency and promote the construction of rural logistics informatization.In the intelligent vehicle dispatching,we adopt the method of saving mileage,which is based on heuristic algorithm.Under the premise of satisfying all customers,we plan a reasonable distribution route and optimal distribution scheme for both logistics vehicles,which can effectively reduce the cost of rural logistics,encourage more freight vehicles to enter the village to distribute and load goods,and improve the local logistics vehicles.At the same time,we should strengthen the information circulation in rural areas.Farmers can get the market information of agricultural materials and products in time through the network,and complete the transaction through the network.The operation of Wanzhou rural logistics information service platform can meet the basic needs of farmers in villages and towns around Wanzhou for logistics services.The design and implementation of the platform also play an important role in the construction of rural informatization and the improvement of logistics system in Wanzhou.
