Measurement Of Agricultural High-quality Development In Shaanxi Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The high-quality development of agriculture is an important cornerstone for implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,and a key driving force for the transformation and upgrading of agriculture.Based on the data of Shaanxi Province from 2010 to 2019,the comprehensive evaluation model based on the coefficient of variation weighting method and the entropy weighting method and the diagnosis model of obstacle factors are used to quantitatively study the high-quality agricultural development of Shaanxi Province under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the five concepts of high-quality development and related content of high-quality agricultural development,this paper constructs five dimensions including the level of agricultural output development,the level of agricultural structural coordination,the level of agricultural green development,the level of agricultural modernization,and the level of rural economic development.25 The evaluation index system of agricultural high-quality development of three indicators.The comprehensive evaluation model based on the coefficient of variation weighting method and the entropy weighting method is used to measure the agricultural high-quality development level of Shaanxi Province,the other four provinces of the five northwestern provinces,and the country,and compare Shaanxi Province with the other four provinces of the five northwestern provinces.,Horizontal comparison of the country’s agricultural high-quality development level.The obstacle factor diagnosis model is used to analyze the obstacle factors for the high-quality development of agriculture in Shaanxi Province.The research conclusions show that:(1)the coordination level of agricultural structure,the green development level of agriculture and the development level of agricultural modernization have a relatively large impact on the high-quality development of agriculture in Shaanxi Province.(2)From 2010 to 2019,the high-quality development level of agriculture in Shaanxi Province increased significantly,from 0.2829 in 2010 to 0.7885 in 2019.(3)On the whole,the agricultural high-quality development level of Shaanxi Province from 2010 to 2019 is relatively better than that of the other four provinces of the five northwest provinces.(4)From 2010 to2013 and 2016,the high-quality agricultural development level of Shaanxi Province was higher than the national high-quality agricultural development level.(5)The level of agricultural green development,the level of agricultural structure coordination,and the level of agricultural modernization are important factors hindering the high-quality development of agriculture in Shaanxi Province.Based on research conclusions,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of agriculture in Shaanxi Province under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
