Evaluation Of The Development Level Of County Agricultural Modernization In Hunan Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The development of agricultural modernization must be based on the county level,in-depth cultivation in the county level,strengthen the county agricultural modernization,help to promote rural revitalization and achieve high-quality development of county economy.This paper dissolves the concept of agricultural modernization into mechanization,standardization,scale,green and digital.Based on this,it is found that there are financial and economic factors,production environment,policy,innovation and other factors that affect agricultural modernization at county level in Hunan Province.Then,the evaluation index system of agricultural modernization level at county level in Hunan Province was constructed.The index system includes five dimensions,namely "industrial scale improvement,total output growth,driving diffusion,sustainable development and production efficiency"reflecting the level of mechanization,standardization,scale,greening and digitalization.According to the evaluation results of the index system,the agricultural modernization level of 86 counties and regions in Hunan Province is low on the whole.Among them,Changsha County,Ningxiang City and Liuyang City scored above 0.6,while the remaining 83 county-level regions scored below 0.6,and 58 counties and regions scored below 0.3.In order to further find out whether the reason for the backward agricultural modernization level in Hunan Province is related to the environment,the heat map of agricultural modernization level in 86 county-level regions was made by Arcgis.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the agricultural modernization level of Hunan Province presents "high in the east and low in the west,high in the north and low in the south",which is consistent with the terrain of Hunan province as "northeast plain,south and west ring hill".That is to say,agriculture in Hunan Province is relatively dependent on geographical environment and geographical advantages.Finally,the paper puts forward the suggestions of promoting agricultural modernization demonstration areas and characteristic agriculture construction at county level,increasing capital tilt and scientific research investment,and encouraging leading enterprises to take the lead,so as to promote the transformation of agriculture to mechanization,scale,green,digital and information,and realize agricultural modernization.
