Research On Equipment Management Optimization Scheme Of X Enterprise Based On Lean Management Perspective

This study analyzes the application of the lifecycle theory and lean management theory in equipment management in X enterprise,analyzes the current situation and problems of equipment management in X enterprise,and proposes an optimization plan for lean equipment management in X enterprise.At the same time,five factors,such as "man-machine-material-method-environment",are proposed to provide implementation security measures for the optimization plan of lean equipment management in X enterprise.Through the research,four conclusions are drawn:(1)Through on-site interviews,it is found that X enterprise has problems such as incomplete equipment procurement planning,difficulty in ensuring the progress of equipment procurement to meet production needs in the early stage of equipment management;inadequate daily maintenance and repair of equipment,and incomplete management of periodic maintenance of equipment in the middle stage of management;and incomplete and unclear management of spare parts and equipment scrapping in the later stage of management.(2)The analysis of the causes of the problems reveals that in the "human" factors,due to poor professional skills,low cultural quality,lack of experience in equipment management operations,and a lack of training for equipment management personnel,some equipment management personnel lack a sense of responsibility;in the "machine" factors,due to the large number and complex structures of equipment types;in the "method" factors,due to the incomplete assessment system,lack of sound maintenance strategies,and incomplete spare parts management system;in the "material" factors,due to the approval process for the purchase of spare parts being too long;in the "environment" factors,due to the need for improvement of the production environment and the unreasonable layout of equipment.(3)Optimization plans are proposed in the early stage of equipment management,such as optimizing the main system data of equipment,optimizing the SAP PM maintenance process of equipment,optimizing the SAP PM maintenance process of equipment,and optimizing the equipment management report system.In the middle stage of equipment management,measures such as implementing mobile inspection and maintenance of equipment,implementing mobile management of equipment maintenance and repair,and improving the efficiency of equipment maintenance and repair approval should be taken.In the later stage of equipment management,measures such as lean management of spare parts and equipment and strengthening equipment 5S management should be taken.(4)From the perspectives of equipment procurement,personnel management,and equipment maintenance and repair,it is found that after the implementation of the optimized equipment plan,X enterprise effectively reduced equipment procurement costs and equipment maintenance personnel costs,and improved production efficiency,achieving a certain effect in equipment management.
