Life Cycle Cost Management Of Huaneng Yangliuqing Thermoelectric Factory CEMS Equipment

Life Cycle Cost management is a relatively advanced and scientific mode of management, and the main idea of it is carrying on co-ordinate management to each stage of the lifecycle under the premise of assets' meeting the needs and asafe and reliable operation, the main purpose of which is to reducethe overall cost of asset life-cycle to the lowest. This paper introduce some related concepts systematically at first, such as the features, meanings and the estimating method of LCCA management and so on. The second is an analysis to the status of CEMS equipment's life-cycle cost. The life-cycle management concept isintroduced into the design and construction of CEMS equipment for the domestic requirements of the constructing situation and development of CEMS equipment, to constructa life-cycle management system of CEMS equipment.In addition,estimating methods of everylife-cycle costswere compared with each other, taking the each cost generated by the CEMS equipment into account overall at the same time.With some instances be analyzed,the concept of life-cycle management was proved to have great significancein the meantime.
