With the rapid development of the modernization of national defense, there are lots of restrict facts appearances in aeronautic weapon equipment-manufactured corporation, which limit the higher improvement of the qualities of the products: ①the figure-design of aeronautic weapon equipment is requested more rigorous; ②design rejigger exists largely in the trial-manufacture period; ③the management of the products' data must be improved extraordinary because of a great variety of products and accessories. So the key method of improving quality management is to use the quantized measurement of the quality which can reduce the negative influences caused by anthropogenic factor during the period of designing, manufacturing & assembling procedures in the whole life cycle. BOM (Bill of Material) is the important information collection that equipped with large potential of development and utilization in the quality quantized measurement system; it is included in the key integrated data shared in the all kinds of manufactured integrated systems in the corporation.Based on facts of above, the article put forwarded that the quality level was influenced by the quality data in various stages of BOM. After considering the produce process of quality and BOM information characters of the aeronautic weapon equipment seriously, the importance of the quality data and the relationships included in the total lifecycle were confirmed. Further more, by focus on the three main process: engineering , process planning , manufacture stage, the create process of the EBOM(engineering BOM), PPBOM(Process Planning BOM), MBOM(manufacture BOM)faced on quality level were founded, and define the information and the relationships of influence&conversion of them that influence the quality level in the main lifecycle stage. Then, by their characters, IDEF model was combined with the quality information in each stage of the total lifecycle to transfer the design of BOM from aeronautic weapon equipment focus on type to focus on the unique aeronautic weapon equipment combined with manufacturing practice, a quality management model based on the BOM of total lifecycle was built.The project of XAC aeronautic weapon equipment quality quantized measurement system was integrated in the article to introduce how to form the quality BOM in the developing process of the system, and describe the function such as formulations of the BOM, quality quantized measurement based on single aeronautic weapon equipment and management of files based on BOM etc. Finally, the correlated theories about the quality management of the aeronautic weapon equipment were summarized faced on the total lifecycle and give further directions about the study in next step.
