Nowadays,under the influence of such environmental factors as the rapidly rising labor cost,the new development pattern of "Double Circulation" and customers’ changing needs,the development situation of China’s clothing industry is becoming increasingly complex,which brings new challenges to enterprise management.facing the constantly improving environment of the scientific and technological innovation ecological environment of the whole industrial chain of China’s textile and clothing industry,the competition among clothing enterprises not only focuses on the single product itself or terminal sales,but also turns to the competition of providing fabric materials,spare parts and supplier resources.Clothing fabric is the core element of clothing products,which is main part of the cost of clothing products.The quality of clothing fabrics will directly affect the final quality of clothing products.Therefore,to screen suitable fabric suppliers,scientific management of fabric suppliers makes the company competitive in the industry,healthy and sustainable development,and becomes the management key of Lilanz Company.This thesis is based on the supply chain performance evaluation,through literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods,to achieve the research and application of performance evaluation of fabric suppliers of Lilanz,and put forward relevant suggestions for improvement.The main work as follows: Firstly,based on the theories of supply chain management,supplier performance evaluation and AHP,to explore and elaborate the correspondence between the literature theories and the research object.Secondly,through the systematic research and comprehensive analysis of the performance evaluation system of fabric suppliers of Lilanz,the main problems and reasons are obtained.Furthermore,analyzes the influencing factors of the performance evaluation of fabric suppliers,uses the balanced scorecard method(BSC)and questionnaire survey to determine the evaluation indicators,and uses the AHP to calculate the weight of indicators,so as to build the performance evaluation system,and uses the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to evaluate the result,more scientific evaluation of fabric suppliers.Finally,takes denim fabric Q supplier as an example to analyze the results of implementing the new performance evaluation system,and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the new performance evaluation system.The implementation of the new fabric supplier performance evaluation system can not only improve the competitiveness of Lilanz in the garment industry,but also promote the benign competition among fabric suppliers,so as to achieve sustainable development and cooperation between Lilanz and fabric suppliers,and achieve a win-win situation. |
