Research On Performance Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Listed Companies In Clothing Industry

As an important representative of the manufacturing industry,the steady development of the garment industry is not only an important strength of the national economic development,but also a key factor of China's International Competitive Advantage.In recent years,the outbreak of the global financial crisis led to the market economy continued to downturn,and China's garment industry has inevitably been affected.At the same time,the escalation of trade war between China and the Depression,the change of the whole clothing industry and the internal and external environment make the listed companies in the clothing industry face unprecedented challenges and risks.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the performance level of listed companies in China's garment industry and find out the influencing factors.Through the research,we can find the loopholes in the management and operation of the listed companies in China's garment industry,and put forward targeted solutions to help the listed companies in the garment industry to turn the crisis into safety.In view of this,based on the study of many domestic and foreign literatures on financial performance and non-financial performance evaluation,according to the design principles of the theoretical basis of the two,combined with the operation and management characteristics of China's clothing industry enterprises,this paper constructs the financial performance evaluation system of China's clothing industry listed companies,which is assisted by non-financial performance evaluation.First of all,this paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the financial indicators of 30 listed companies in China's clothing industry to understand the overall situation of the financial performance of Listed Companies in China's clothing industry.Then we use the financial performance evaluation system to analyze the financial performance of 30 listed companies in China's clothing industry,score and rank the financial performance of each company through the factor analysis method,and get the financial performance evaluation results of Listed Companies in China's clothing industry,combined with the non-financial performance indicators for auxiliary analysis,to study the impact on the performance of Listed Companies in China's clothing industry The effect of deep-seated factors,put forward specific suggestions.Finally,based on the summary of the whole paper,we get the conclusion and future prospects.
