Since 1980 s, concept of supply chain management has been introduced into China, then more and more Chinese enterprise start keeping eyes on supply chain management. For reaching the supply chain collaboration, with high efficiency and low cost for running the business, it becomes one of the key points for running a company successfully. Improving the level of supplier management, as the important part of supply chain management, which brings market competiveness, self-value adding and core competitiveness to the company.As a new established spring manufacturer, 100% foreign invested, Company N shall has prospective developing future, but meanwhile meets big challenge from the market. On basis of the practical situation of supplier management of Company N, the paper analyzing current supplier managing environment and the status of supplier management in Company N, raising the existing problem which need to be resolved. Then offer solutions separately from supplier classification, supplier selecting evaluation, supplier key performance evaluation and supplier relationship construction based on the existing problems. Through Delphi method and SPSS, fixing the indicators of supplier selecting and key performance evaluation for Company N. By AHP method, fixing the weight of each indicators, and finally establish the system for both supplier selection and performance evaluation. Defining each indicators for offer a result in supplier selection and performance rating. Based on supplier classification, design different relationship management with different suppliers. The solutions studied in the paper, are all related with each other, which cannot be divided.The purpose of writing this paper is for achieving the proper control of supplier based on solutions offered, reducing the purchasing cost and lead time, increasing the satisfaction of suppliers, shortening the response period to customer, and finally reaching the comprehensive competitive capability of Company N.
